I’ve had a good experience using foodsby so far. The app is easy enough to figure out, and placing an order usually doesn’t take much time at all, which I definitely appreciate when I’m trying to decide on lunch without making it a whole project. The website works fine too, for the most part, though every now and then it feels like it takes a little longer than I’d expect to load or move between steps. Nothing major or frustrating enough to stop me from using it, just one of those small things you notice after using it a few times. Overall, it’s been a convenient and simple experience, and with a little bit of smoothing out here and there, it would be even better.

My food showed up on time, which I definitely appreciated, and everything was fine with the order itself. The only thing was that the driver seemed rushed and didn’t really say much, so the handoff felt a little awkward.
Nothing bad happened, and they weren’t rude or anything, but I was expecting a bit more professionalism. A friend had recommended the service to me, so maybe I had higher expectations, but overall it was just okay.

I’m giving it 4 stars because sometimes the drop-off is a little late, but overall it’s convenient, really convenient.

It was fine overall, but the freshness could definitely be better. I mean... it wasn’t terrible or anything, just not as fresh as I was hoping for.

To be fair, they do show up on time sometimes, and when that happens everything is fine. But there have also been a few times where they were late, so I can’t really call them super reliable overall.

I’ll give credit where it’s due: the delivery notifications were helpful, and the status updates were mostly accurate. There were a couple moments where things felt a little off, though, so whoever runs this should probably clean that up a bit.

Had a refund issue with Foodsby, and they took care of the credit quickly. Nice. Nothing over the top, but it got fixed and showed up in my account like I expected. Easy.

We’ve been using Foodsby for team lunches and bigger group orders at work, and it’s been just as convenient as I expected it to be. I’ve had plenty of delivery orders get mixed up before, so it was nice not having to waste time fixing anything or chasing down missing items. Simple, accurate, and convenient, I’d definitely use it again.

Signing up was easy overall, but I did have to try logging in a couple of times before it worked. The page also felt a little slow. Once I got in, everything worked fine, but I was expecting the instructions to be a bit clearer during setup.

The restaurants are consistent, which is probably my favorite part. The same spots show up often, the food usually arrives the way I expect, and I’m not sitting there in a hungry mood wondering if I made a bad choice.

Not every single order has been flawless, but overall it’s been really dependable for me. When lunch break is short and I just want something easy, Foodsby has been a solid go-to. Easy 5 stars
